@Risa: Nope I don’t get offered transfers because I’m rota-ed to work and the bay I’m in is a rota-ed one. I tried to get the person in charge to let me swap to the bay I spent most of Friday in but she said no because it’s closing and it wasn’t a rota-ed bay either. I’ll just stay where I am until her attitude becomes so unbearable, that I totally lose it with her and make her look stupid. I was a bit unsure about taking these people to work but I’ve figured that if I take 3 people thats about £30/week that I don’t have to put in my tank so I’d only have to put in another £20 myself and my tank will be full

I know my father’s old job used to do that a lot, he always complained because they’d take his best workers..xD

With regards to facebook – i do agree that having friends and coworkers on my page does help me socialize a bit more with them! i can easily see what they’re up to without having to wait up and meet every couple of weeks or months we’re always uptodate with eachother! My mom managed to find old friends whom she used to work with 20 years ago!! :O
