George
In your wildest dreams
I’ve become such a lazy cow over the last week. I saw a paid post on Tuesday, so naturally I grabbed it via the app and decided I’d do it later when I’d picked George up and got into my jammies. I never did. I then saw another one tonight and again grabbed it via the app and I’ve only just submitted them. I really hope they get approved because it took me some hard thinking to come up with what I wrote and I really don’t wanna have to edit them to resubmit. Once they get approved then thats $13.50 headed my way once the 30 days is up.
I’m very delighted to say that I DID get one of those letters inviting me to an interview that I kind of knew I was going to get. I guess I was right to be over confident. I have my interview next Thursday at 3.30pm and I’m panicking in case they ask me questions I can’t answer or don’t have an answer for because I know I’ll just sit there like a rabbit caught in headlights. I want to try and get hold of some questions that I might get asked so I can at least have a chance. I really hope that this works out for me because I’m now so close that I’ll be totally gutted if this journey back to the wonderful world of money and work ends.
George and I have been arguing all week.. or shall I say, I’ve been arguing with him. On Monday Modern Warfare 3 came out and I had to go and pick it up from Wally world. So he spent that night and Tuesday night playing it. On Wednesday he went to his daughter’s graduation. I knew I wasn’t allowed to go because she had pretty much bluntly said a few months ago that she could only take 3 people and that she was taking George, her mum and Danny her boyfriend. I was pissed but got over it. On Monday I found out that she had commented a friend saying she was going for a meal after her graduation. I went absolutely nuts and took it out on George. Apparently he had no idea about it and I made him text to ask who was going and again she bluntly told him it was the same 4 as before. At this point I really don’t care if you see me as a selfish bitch but she could have at least let me come to this pathetic meal. Anyway, on the morning before he went we went into town where he had a haircut and bought her a graduation card and a gift – a set of 3 photo frames. I don’t know why he bought her a gift when we simply can’t afford to spend money on luxuries or other stuff. A card is good enough, it’s the thought that counts..right?
I asked him if he could be home by half 6 because the graduation, I thought at the time, finished at 5.15pm and the meal wouldn’t take that long and he was like I’ll try. I then get a text at almost 6 to say that they hadn’t left the ceremony yet. I was going nuts because I felt as if she had done this on purpose. I then get a text saying that he was told to put his phone away because someone had caught him. I like when they pay both our bills then they can tell us what to do, until then they can shut their hole! He text me about half an hour or so later to say he would definitely be home by 8pm and I was like no 7.30pm and it’s non negotiable. Lets just say he was home by then (:
The reason I was pissed about all this is because he pulled a sickie so next week we’re going to be a day short, it’s only a fucking meal but I couldn’t come yet when we do stuff I’m expected to invite her along and I found out that her mum pulled out at the last minute so I could have gone but she was being a spiteful bitch like she is so yeah. What made matters worse is that once she got home she started uploading pictures to Facebook and tagged George in them, obviously being the stupid retard that she is and forgetting that he has people from work on there. He went nuts and told her to take them down and she just replied with untag yourself from them. Why should he untag himself when you’re the one who tagged him >_< so I logged onto his account, with his permission, and untagged him from a few pictures when I realised I could just be the spiteful bitch back. So I blocked her (: She won’t be contacting him via Facebook again bwahahaha! And if she thinks George is going to her next graduation in 2 years time, then she’s heavily mistaken. I would like to rid her from our life but I doubt it’ll ever happen..unless I hire a hit man lol.
I took Sue riding yesterday and her husband came along. First we took Skid out for a ride and then we took Vinnie out. Vinnie hasn’t really been ridden far apart from down the lane and back so when we managed to get all the way round the back without any bucks or fits I had a huge grin on my face. It was so amazing and it’s definitely given me enough confidence to get on him myself and take him out. At least I know he’s not gunna misbehave and I think it’s quietened him down a little. Sue also said that she’s due some money in a few weeks and she wants to help me get a new bridle and stuff for Vinnie. I said you don’t have to but she said ‘I want to’. Alan said that he really thankful that I had put a smile back on her face, but why wouldn’t I? She’s been a good friend to me over the last few months.
