Swimming in the smoke

You could say I’m a little bored right now. There’s nobody online to talk to  I haven’t spoken to Emz since Monday either. I used to have loads of people to talk to but now there’s like nobody.

On Monday Emz hardened my server for me. I really appreciate it. I’m having problems using ftp though. According to Galaxy Visions my firewall is blocking any ftp comminications so I need to wait and see if Emz can sort it for me.

I’ve got my first hostee of the new server. It’s my good friend Randi. Once we have this ftp problem sorted and she has her site up then I’ll post the link.

I’m thinking of doing some paid plans to. Maybe an unlimited reseller for like $7.50 a month.  I also have some domains still available for adoption. I have

My last shift at work this week. I have tomorrow and Friday off and I can’t wait. It’s going to be so nice not having to rush about in the morning before work. And if it’s sunny in the morning, I might even get to go riding for an hour

I feel loads better today than I have felt over the last few days. I can now breathe without my nose running or stuffing up. The only thing that’s annoying me is the crap that you can’t cough up out of your lungs. I can feel it dropping off but I can’t seem to get it out

My hits have suddenly started increasing too. And I’ve started making a little bit from my Google ads too. Not much but it’s a start. Now I just need my blog to get a page rank of 3 and I’ll be happy. I can’t see that happening for a while so I’ll just enjoy all this for the moment

I’ve just realised I don’t actually have that much to say. I’ve blogged pretty much everyday since I got myself this VPS. Which is good. At least I’m getting my use out of it lol.

I really can’t be bothered to go to work. I guess finishing at 11pm makes it better though lol. George ended up staying til gone midnight last night because his boss had booked half a day off and went home at 7pm. I went to see him at 11pm to say I’ll see you at midnight but he said he’d get a lift home.

Around 1am I get a text to say put some cheesy pasta on because he’d be home in 10 minutes. He ended up coming in at 1.20am. I found out he’d walked all the way from work. I can’t believe it. He’s so stupid. He should have called me and I’d have come and picked him up.

I think when I get in from work, I should add a plugboard and do these reviews which have been backed up for months. Chances are I’ll end up doing something else And I think I’m going to start making some sigs so people can request one. It’s been ages since I made a sig.
